PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE
These terms and conditions apply to all retail orders placed on our online store or from any associated brochure. Your use of the Tigers on the Loose website and by placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to regularly read through them prior to purchase.
Placing an order with Tigers on the Loose Ltd.
You can place an order online at the Tigers on the Loose website.
When you place an order you are making an offer to Tigers on the Loose to purchase the goods detailed in the order subject to these terms.
When you have placed an order online we will send you an automatic email confirmation that your order has been received. This email is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted and it is not a confirmation that we will be able to meet your order. A contract between you and Tigers on the Loose for the sale of the products will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If the product(s) on your order are not available within 4 weeks we will notify you by email or telephone.
Tigers on the Loose may cancel any sale and not supply the products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
You may normally cancel your order up to the point of packing in our warehouse. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded.
We aim to process orders in the best possible time and pride ourselves in being able to offer a quick turnaround service. For this reason we have strict limitation on changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse you may add to it without any problems. You may also cancel your order at this stage and receive a full refund. However, if your order has already been processed and passed to our warehouse, you will have to place a new order for any additions you may need and we will not be able to send both your orders out together, therefore you will incur another delivery charge. Cancellations at this stage may be subject to an administration fee and refunds may not be made in full.
Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to follow our returns procedure. You will also be liable for all return delivery costs, administration fees and your delivery fees will not be refunded.
All prices on the Tigers on the Loose website are quoted in Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Tigers on the Loose reserves the right to amend or increase prices at its own discretion without notice.
A delivery fee will be added to all orders prior to payment unless the order meets the Free Delivery conditions ( See Shipping for details)
Tigers on the Loose endeavours to have accurate pricing and descriptions for all products and services it provides.
Tigers on the Loose requires payment in full prior to dispatch. We currently accept all Visa and Mastercard cards, debit cards, via Paypal or Stripe secure payment gateways. You will be given payment options on checkout.
Outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that all charges and refunds are in the currency in which you place your order. Tigers on the Loose cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
All your details are protected, and we take every measure possible to ensure a secure transaction. See our Privacy Policies for further details.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. We cannot advise you of these charges, please consult your local customs office.
A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. You will be notified of the delivery cost for your order before you submit your payment details.
We will make every effort to deliver to you within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly by late delivery. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates, times and may be subject to change.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.
In the event of items being out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to dispatch part orders. Back orders will be dispatched when the goods become available again. You will be advised of this when you place your order or by email.
When placing your order with Tigers on the Loose should you request the parcel to be left without a signature (i.e Garage, back garden, shed etc) you shall be liable should the parcel not be received. Tigers on the Loose cannot take any responsibility should the order not be received, we recommend for all orders a signature is obtained.
Should you refuse to sign for any signed for package you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back.
Should your order be returned back to us by our courier due to a refusal to accept the goods, non-delivery caused by the incorrect address being given, or non-collection of your goods from our courier, we may recover our costs in the return of your order which will be charged at £10.00 per parcel.
Returns and Refunds
We do hope you love everything you order from us, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your order for any reason within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. This does not apply to personalised or bespoke products.
All items must be returned to us in perfect condition, complete, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange unless they are in perfect condition.
To return items please let us know by email or telephone on +44 (0) 7801 992 726 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation number.
Goods are returned at your own cost and the return postage will only be refunded in the case of a replacement due to damage, fault or receipt of items not ordered. and we strongly recommend you that use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we have received the good back at our premises. Return postage will only be refunded in the case of a replacement due to damage, fault or receipt of items not ordered. Please include the receipt for the return delivery charge within the package or scan and email us a copy to email@example.com
Should you wish for us to collect the goods Tigers on the Loose reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer which is currently £10 per parcel.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds will be made within 30 days from notification to us and in accordance to our terms and conditions. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Missing, Incomplete or damaged orders
If your order does not arrive in the estimated timescale or arrives incomplete and our confirmation email or the paperwork included with the package does not give an explanation, please inform us within 3 days and we will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately. If returning products that are damaged or faulty, we ask that you send us an email, via the contact us page or call +44 (0) 7801 992 726 with your order number and a photo of the damage/fault. We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or product to be replaced.
Please note that if you accept a delivery with damage to the box, please specify this on the delivery driver’s signature terminal where possible, to support with our records and claims with the delivery service.

If your order has failed to arrive within 30 working days from the date of placing your order it is deemed by us as lost. Should you fail to report to us that your parcel has not arrived within this time and we have a signature of delivery from our delivery service, we will be unable to claim for the loss of the item from them and therefore unable to replace your purchased goods.
In the unlikely event that your order is not received and is “lost in the post”, please contact us and we will undertake a thorough investigation as to how and why the item has been lost. Once we are able to establish that the item is definitely lost we will redeliver the goods, this may take up to 30 days from the date of posting.
However should you wish us to dispatch your order again at once you will have to accept responsibility for the cost of this until your claim has been completed by our courier. Any failure to co-operate with us or our courier during this investigation could jeopardise your claim for loss. Should your missing order arrive and you fail to inform us within 7 days of delivery to you then you will be liable for the cost of both the original and replacement order..
